🎁 Airdrop Participation Terms

1. Free Participation

This airdrop is completely FREE. You do not need to pay any amount, purchase any product, or perform any social media tasks (e.g., following, sharing, tagging). Any request for payment in exchange for LEKT Token airdrop is fraudulent. Please report such attempts to team@lektoken.com.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the airdrop, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide a valid, non-temporary email address.
• Provide a valid TRON (TRC-20 compatible) wallet address beginning with 'T'.
• Not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where participation in airdrops or cryptocurrency activities is prohibited by law.

Restricted Jurisdictions: United States, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, and any country subject to international sanctions. We reserve the right to restrict participation from other jurisdictions as needed.

3. No Guarantee of Tokens

Submission of your information does not guarantee that you will receive any LEKT Tokens. The airdrop is limited to 5,000,000 LEKT tokens (5% of total supply). Tokens will be distributed at our sole discretion to eligible participants. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or extend the airdrop at any time without prior notice.

4. Data Collection and Consent (GDPR Compliance)

To process your participation, we collect your email address and TRON wallet address. We use this data solely for:

• Verifying your eligibility and preventing duplicate entries.
• Notifying you about the airdrop results and token distribution.
• Sending occasional updates about LEKT Token only if you provide explicit consent by checking the opt-in box.

Data Retention: Airdrop participant data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the airdrop distribution date, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Rights: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting team@lektoken.com. Withdrawal will disqualify you from the airdrop and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

5. Risks and Disclaimer

You acknowledge and accept that:

• LEKT Tokens have no guaranteed value and may become worthless.
• We are not responsible for any loss resulting from your use of an incorrect wallet address.
• Blockchain network issues (e.g., TRON congestion) may delay token distribution.
• Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities despite audits.

6. No Warranties

The airdrop and LEKT Tokens are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the airdrop process will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEKT Token and its team, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the airdrop or your use of LEKT Tokens.

8. Governing Law

These Airdrop Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Airdrop Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
